NEW BUYER REPRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS

Due to recent changes in the National Association of Realtors (NAR) guidelines, all buyers must now sign an agreement with a buyer's agent before viewing properties or receiving real estate advice. This agreement will ensure that you have dedicated representation throughout your buying process and allows me to fully assist you in finding the right home.

I understand that if we decide to work together, I will need to sign an exclusive buyer-brokerage engagement agreement as required by NAR guidelines.
